6:30 – 7:30 pm: Dinner
7:30 – 8:15 pm: Live Music, Silent Auction and Socializing
8:15 – 8:45 pm: Collect your Silent Auction winnings
8:45 pm: Train leaves the Station

New York Steak 8 oz. with Roasted Shallots and Garlic Butter.
Walleye Pike Panko crusted and golden brown, served with Artichokes and Mushroom Sauce.
Butternut Squash Ravioli House-made Pillows of Pasta stuffed with Butternut Squash topped with Brown Butter, Fresh Sage, and Parmesan Cheese.
All are served with: Roasted Fingerling Potatoes seasoned with Herbs and Butter, and Green Beans Amandine
